Lee Hill has been assisting area home buyers and sellers since 1972. Her loyal clientele consists of business and professional people from many walks of life. Industry production totals for Boise rank Lee among a select handful of Realtors who specialize in residential property. In 1998 Lee became Idaho's first Realtor to receive a WCA "Twin Award" in recognition of her outstanding contributions to business and industry. That same year, she was designated one of Boise's three "Most Preferred Realtors." Lee is a past-president of the Boise Board of Realtors and in 1991 was honored as Boise's award-winning "Realtor of the Year." Lee holds ABR, CRS, CSP, and GRI professional designations as well as Relocation and Referral Certification from the Women's Council of Realtors. In 1976 she received her Idaho Real Estate Broker License. Raised on a Salmon River Ranch near White Bird, Idaho, Lee pursued degrees in Business and Language at Boise State University, the University of Idaho, and the University of Mexico in Mexico City. lee and her family have resided in Boise since 1967. Her husband, Jerry, is a former Chief Deputy Secretary of State in charge of administering Idaho elections. They have one son, Charles, a mathematics instructor for the College of Applied Technology at Boise State University.
